Fresh Fruit Festival 2026

About

The Fresh Fruit Festival encompasses theater, performance, poetry, comedy, spoken word, music, dance, visual arts and some talents that defy categorization. Artists come from around the city, nation and, indeed, the world. Australia, Canada, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle, Boston, San Francisco, San Diego, France, Maui, Israel, Italy, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and all of New York City’s boroughs and suburbs have been represented. From Monday, April 20 through Sunday, May 3, the Fresh Fruit Festival Mainstage will take over The Wild Project for a dynamic showcase of LGBTQ+ brilliance. This year's festival continues to redefine what it means to be "inclusive."
